The African Corporate & Government Counsel Forum (ACGC) held its 7th Annual Conference from 1–3 October 2025 in Livingstone, Zambia. The event brought together General Counsel, regulators, and legal leaders from across Africa to discuss the future of in-house practice and the role of lawyers in a rapidly changing digital and regulatory environment.

Our session, “Guardians of Trust: Operationalising Data Protection, Privacy & Governance,” drew from our East Africa experience and provided practical insights for in-house teams navigating complex compliance landscapes.
